• Red pepper 1

• Carrot 1 piece

• Rib Eye 300g

• 6 Eggxtender tbsp

• Milk 2 cups

• Oil 3 tbsp

• Black Pepper 2 tbsp

• Asparagus 5 pieces

• Romero 1 piece

• Butter

In a hot pan fry the carrot and bell pepper cut into strips. place in it the Rib eye (previously seasoned) and cook to your taste. Once cooked, cut into strips and add to the vegetable mixture .

 

In a bowl, add 6 tablespoons of Eggxtender, pour milk and season with salt and pepper to taste, whisk them until the mixture is smooth.

 

In a pan preheated with butter add half of the mixture and extends until a very thin layer flips when the banks come off the pan. Remove and repeat the procedure until mixture runs out. Once made , stuffed it with meat and vegetable mixture, roll it and cut it in half. You can decorate them with rosemary leaves, avocado and asparagus.
