• 6 Eggxtender tbsp

• Water 1 cup

• White onion ½ piece

• Manchego Cheese 1 cup

• Mixed Vegetables 1 1/2 cups

• Chicken Seasoning 1 teaspoon

• Black Pepper 1 tbsp

• Oil 3 tbsp

• Oregano 1 teaspoon

• Waxed Paper

 

 

Finely chop all the vegetables in a pan greased with butter and add seasoning with oregano to taste.

 

In a bowl, mix 6 tablespoons Eggxtender with a cup of water, include pepper and seasoning to taste. Whisk until the mixture is smooth.

 

Stir in vegetables and manchego cheese to the mixture. Grease a tray with oil of your choice and cover it with wax paper in order that the mixture does not stick.

 

Pour the mixture in the tray to length and width, put it into the oven 20 to 30 minutes at 150° C or until cooked through. Once done put it out the oven, unmold and enjoy.
