• 6 Eggxtender tbsp

• Water 1 cup

• Shredded chicken 100 g

• Chicken Seasoning 1 teaspoon

• Tomato Puree 1 can (little)

• Oil 1 tbsp

• White onion 1/2 piece

• Chipotle Pepper

Slice the onion and fry it a hot pan with oil until it becomes transparent. Add chicken, tomato puree, chipotle pepper and the seasoning.

 

In a bowl add the 6 Eggxtender tablespoons with a cup of water and the seasoning. Beat it on medium speed until the mixture is smooth.

 

In a hot pan add a tablespoon of the mixture into circular shape and thin thickness. Turn constantly until it is fully cooked.

 

Once the omelette it is ready, put it in a bowl, fill it with the tinga chicken and garnish with coriander leaves.
