EGGXTENDER CINNAMON CREPES WITH NUTELLA

• Strawberries 3 pieces

• 6 Eggxtender tbsp

• Water or milk 2 cups

• Flour 1/2 cup

• Banana 1 piece

• Nutella 2 tbsp

• Butter 1 tbsp

• Vanilla 1 tbsp

• Cinnamon 1 tbsp

• Sugar 1 tbsp

 

 

In a bowl, mix 6 Eggxtender tablespoons with a cup of water, 1/2 cup flour, cinnamon, sugar and vanilla. Beat them on medium speed until smooth and is in the form of yarn.

 

Heat a pan with butter and pour a tablespoon of the mixture, forming a thin layer, constantly flips until cooked (If you see that the mixture becomes thick, add more water or milk to get back into the form of yarn).

 

Repeat until the mixture runs out.

 

Put it on a plate and fill it with Nutella. You can decorate it with banana and strawberries.
