• Cauliflower 1 piece

• 6 Eggxtender tbsp

• Water 1 cup

• Oaxaca Cheese 100 g

• Romaine lettuce 1 pc

• Chicken seasoning 1 1/ 2 teaspoons

• Black olives 1 can

• Oil 1 1/2 tablespoons

• Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon

• Olive Oil 2 tbsp

• Lime ½ piece

• White onion ½ piece

• Tomatoe ½ piece

• Yellow pepper ½ piece

 

Boil cauliflower with a little salt. When it is cooked, take a part and squeeze it, open the cauliflower fill it with some oaxaca cheese, close it and form a ball the size you like, then put over some flour to keep it close.

 

In a bowl with a cup of water, add 6 Eggxtender tbsp, seasoning and pepper to taste. Whisk them until the mixture is smooth. Dip the cauliflower into the mixture and then into a hot pan with oil and place them constantly flips until they turn golden brown. You can make a stew or salad tomato .

 

Salad :

Wash the lettuce and cut into medium pieces , add slices of tomato, onion and yellow pepper. Squeeze some limes, a little olive oil and black olives. It incorporates all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
