• 3 “Chorizo” pieces

• 6 tbsp Eggxtender

• Water 1 cup

• Flour “tortillas” 4 pieces

• White Onion 1 piece

• Chicken Seasoning 1 teaspoon

• Cilantro 1/4 cup

• 3 tbsp Oil

• Black Pepper 2 1/ 2 teaspoons

• Tomato 1/4 cup

• Lime 1/2 piece

• Habanero to taste

 

 

 

 

 

 

In a skillet with a little oil put chorizo, onion and cilantro. Fry them until done. In a bowl, mix 6 Eggxtender tbsp, a cup of water and pepper, add seasoning to taste. Whisk the mixture until smooth.

 

Put the previous ingredients in the mixture and stir them again. Pour the mixture into a pan and cook stirring constantly. Heat the “tortillas”, fill them with the mixture, close the sides and roll up. Accompany with black sauce.

 

Black sauce:

Place on a ovenproof your tomatoes, habanero and onion; into the oven at a temperature of 150 ° for 10 minutes; put it out the oven and blend them with a little salt to taste.
